The production company provides a Certificate of Insurance naming LIMITLESS CARS as additional insured, with minimum $1 million per occurrence liability coverage. The COI must be on file 48 hours before the shoot day. We do not rent to production companies that cannot provide the certificate; this protects both sides on a production-set claim event.
Whose responsibility is the location release for shooting at Wynwood Walls or Ocean Drive?
The production company is responsible for all location releases (Wynwood Walls administration, City of Miami Beach for Ocean Drive permits, private property owners for residential shoots). LIMITLESS CARS delivers the vehicle once the release is in hand. We do not coordinate locations on behalf of the production company; that workflow is yours.

Do you provide an on-set vehicle handler for music video shoots?
Yes. On-set vehicle handlers (a member of our concierge staff staying with the car for the shoot day) are available at $750 per day. The handler manages vehicle protection during the shoot, refuels and washes between takes, and stays available for any spec or color adjustment requests. Most multi-day shoots include a handler; single-day shoots often skip the handler when the production has its own car wrangler on set.
Whats the lead time for a music video rental in Miami?

Compressed-schedule shoots with less than a 1-week lead time are possible with a 10 percent rush coordination fee, subject to fleet availability on the requested vehicle and color spec. The security deposit covers most cleanup events; substantial damage beyond the deposit is invoiced to the production company.
