Often yes. Our concierge team works with direct hotel contacts at the major South Florida properties, which gives us access to room inventory that is not always exposed on public booking channels. For sold-out dates, we can also coordinate cancellation waitlists and last-minute openings.
Is there an extra fee for hotel concierge service?
For active LIMITLESS CARS rental clients, basic hotel coordination is included. Room rate differentials are paid directly to the hotel at booking. For custom multi-property itineraries or sold-out dates that require negotiated availability, a small coordination fee may apply and is quoted up front.
How early do I need to request a hotel reservation?
Standard reservations confirm within a few hours during business hours. Peak weekends in Miami (F1 Grand Prix, Art Basel, NYE, Super Bowl when hosted) need at least 2 to 4 weeks of lead time for premium rooms and suites. Surge weekends sell out months in advance for top-tier properties.
Can you coordinate hotel arrival with my rental car delivery?
Yes. We schedule curbside car delivery to coincide with check-in time at the hotel, work with the valet to handle the exotic for the duration of your stay, and coordinate the same handoff when you depart. This is the most common bundled request we run for visiting clients.
