Cadillac Rentals FORT LAUDERDALE

The Escalade V-Series is the only Cadillac in our Fort Lauderdale fleet, and it covers a job no European competitor fills: a large American SUV with a 682-hp supercharged V8 that fits seven passengers, a driver, and the luggage from a four-night trip to South Beach. Most Cadillac rentals are booked for group arrivals, family trips, and chauffeured transport from the airport, where the third-row seat is the deciding factor.

6.2-liter supercharged V8 making 682 hp and 653 lb-ft of torque. Same engine family as the Corvette Z06 and the Camaro ZL1, dropped into a body the size of a small apartment. 0-60 in 4.4 seconds, which is unreasonable for a vehicle this size. The magnetic ride suspension keeps it composed at speed and the air springs adjust ride height for the parking ramps that are too low for a standard Escalade.

Three rows of seats, the second row in captain's chairs, leather throughout, and a 38-inch curved OLED display that runs across the dash. The AKG audio system is the best stereo in any SUV under the Maybach. Climate has four zones. The third row is real adult seating, not the punishment cabin most three-row SUVs offer. Cargo behind the third row fits the airport run for a family of five.

Cadillac's "vertical light signature" runs floor to ceiling on the headlights and taillights, the V-Series gets a specific mesh grille and quad exhausts, and the wheel options are 22 inches as standard or 24 inches on the Forgiato spec we keep in the Miami lineup. We run ours in Black Raven, which is the only color that makes sense on a V-Series.

The Escalade V is the standard group transport answer for Fort Lauderdale arrivals at MIA. We can deliver to baggage claim or coordinate with private FBOs at Opa-Locka and Tamiami. The chauffeur add-on is the most common pairing, especially for clients who want the Escalade waiting at the terminal so they can ride to the hotel before swapping into something faster the next morning.
